• $225 Individual Golfer Entry: $300 if paid after Labor Day.
• Team Entry: Fivesome $1,125, Sixsome $1,300 (saves $50), please include golfer names below.
• $125 “Young Alum” Entry:for Cougar Grads no more than 10 years out from your CC graduation.
• $50 for 3 Raffle Tickets: First Prize:  Dine Out GR! ($750 value), other prizes include golf rounds, and reserved parking at Cougar Stadium.
